About Shane

Shane is the CEO and President of the Shane Homes Group of Companies, which bears his name. As an industry leader, Shane is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the companies. He provides policy advice for the building industry through BILD Calgary and is politically active with the Alberta Enterprise Group, focusing on economic issues and more.

Shane’s background in sales and marketing stems from growing up with two entrepreneurial parents, Cal and Edith, as well as his years of participation in a business advisory group.

On a personal note, Shane is a self-proclaimed “tech junkie” and a social media influencer across various platforms. He is also a proud member of the LGBT community.
