Jane Jia joined Andersen Canada’s Montreal office in May 2023 and became a Director in July 2025.

She previously spent 11 years at KPMG, where she worked as a Senior Manager in the Canadian corporate tax group.

She advises public and private companies across a broad range of industries on mergers and acquisitions, tax accounting and compliance, cross-border transactions, and corporate tax matters. She also supports private equity and strategic clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Jane has focused on mergers and acquisitions since 2017 and has contributed to more than 100 tax due diligence mandates. Her experience includes tax structuring, post-deal integration and compliance support, and the tax review of transaction-related legal documentation. She completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Program in 2017 and has been a CPA since 2014.
