Jane joined the Montreal office of Andersen Canada as a Senior Manager in May 2023.

Working with a diverse client base including public corporations and private enterprises, she is particularly experienced in mergers and acquisitions, tax accounting, tax compliance, and cross-border transactions.

With a focus on tax M&A since 2017, she has led and participated in over 100 tax due diligence projects in various industries and for many private-equity and strategic clients. Her experience also includes tax structuring, tax compliance for post-deal integration, and tax review of the legal documents.

Prior to joining Andersen, Jane was a Senior Manager at KPMG where she worked for 11 years in Canadian corporate tax group.

Jane completed the 3-year CICA In-Depth tax program in 2017 and has been a CPA since 2014.
