About Krista

For more than two decades, Krista Rabidoux, Partner at Andersen LLP, has built her career around a single guiding belief: when people understand their tax world, they make better decisions for themselves, their families, and their businesses. What began as a fascination with the intricacies of U.S. and Canadian tax law evolved into a vocation defined by clarity, empathy, and cross‑border expertise.

Krista is known for her ability to take complex international tax challenges and translate them into strategies that feel manageable, empowering the individuals and organizations she supports. Whether she’s guiding a business expanding into new markets, helping globally mobile professionals stay compliant across jurisdictions, or supporting multigenerational families as they navigate transitions, Krista brings both technical precision and a deep understanding of the human stories behind the numbers.

Her work spans U.S. and Canadian personal and corporate tax, international compliance, treaty analysis, family enterprise advisory, and cross‑border planning for athletes, artists, entrepreneurs, and globally active families. As a member of the Family Enterprise Canada community, she is particularly passionate about helping family‑owned businesses preserve continuity across generations, ensuring tax strategy aligns with legacy, purpose, and long‑term vision.

Clients appreciate Krista not only for her expertise—as a CPA—but also for her steady, thoughtful coaching approach. She is the advisor people want in their corner when the rules get complicated, the stakes get high, or the path ahead requires a mix of technical insight and empathy.
