Scarlett He is a tax associate based out of the Vancouver office. She works primarily with cross-border tax reporting and compliance for private clients.  Prior to joining Andersen in Canada, she was a tax consultant at Deloitte in U.S., where she focused on tax planning and accounting method change projects for U.S. and multinational corporations.

Tim is an Associate, Tax in our Vancouver office. Prior to joining Andersen in Canada, Tim worked in the U.S. as a Financial Analyst at the San Francisco Housing Authority. He was also an intern at Andersen in the San Francisco Office in 2021.
