Yuk-Wah Chan is a Senior Manager – Indirect Tax, based out of the Montreal office of Andersen. He has over 15 years of experience in Canadian indirect tax, specializing in GST/HST, QST and PST.

Yuk-Wah has a diversified background, having worked previously at Canadian Tire Bank, National Bank of Canada, PwC and Revenu Quebec. Prior to joining Andersen, he was a Manager – Commodity Tax at Canadian Tire Bank. In this role, he mainly supported the financial services business and some retail/wholesale activities of the Canadian Tire Corporation group.

In his role at National Bank of Canada, he has acquired extensive knowledge in financial services/institutions such as banking, lending, credit cards, insurance, securities dealers/brokers, trust services, investment fund management, pension plans, mutual funds and other investment funds.

He is a CPA in the province of Quebec since 2012.
