Omar Yassine, CPA, D.Fisc.

Omar Yassine is a Senior Manager who works out of our Montreal office. He has been part of the Andersen team since September 2017. He is an expert in tax planning and reorganization and has had the opportunity to work on several due diligence projects since joining Andersen. In addition to his involvement with the firm, Omar is a lecturer at HEC Montreal.

Prior to joining Andersen, Omar acquired audit experience at Deloitte in addition to doing an internship in teaching at HEC Montreal. Omar completed his bachelor’s degree in accounting at HEC Montreal in 2015, his graduate degree in accounting at HEC Montreal in 2016 and is currently completing his master’s degree in tax law at HEC Montreal. Omar has been a CPA since 2019.
