Nicole is responsible for:

• Implementing and overseeing the firm’s technology and administrative infrastructure
• Ensuring the firm’s activities support its objectives
• Identifying and targeting enhancements to the firm’s services
• Overseeing the Practice Management Support team
• Recruiting and onboarding of personnel
• Coordinating logistics for business development activities, especially for the firm’s social media presence, webinar production, website, and print advertising
• Coordinating firm events
