Myriam Vallée worked as a tax lawyer at a Montreal law firm for 5 years before joining the Andersen team as a Manager at the Montreal office. Her expertise includes tax planning, corporate reorganizations, trusts, indirect taxes, and corporate and transactional law.
She is a member of the Quebec Bar, having completed her bachelor’s degree in law from Laval University (2017). She also holds a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Sherbrooke (2020).
