Samuel Dallaire joined Andersen’s Montreal office as a Senior Manager in 2026. He has six years of experience in taxation, with a practice focused on tax due diligence, transaction tax, corporate reorganizations, tax compliance, and tax planning.

Samuel has participated in more than one hundred tax due diligence engagements involving mergers, acquisitions, business sales, and investments for both Québec-based companies and multinational organizations. He advises clients on identifying tax risks, assessing the tax implications of transactions, and designing tax-efficient structures aligned with their business objectives.

Samuel holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke (2020).
