Son exp\u00e9rience inclut \u00e9galement la structuration fiscale, la conformit\u00e9 fiscale dans le cadre de l\u2019int\u00e9gration post-transaction et la r\u00e9vision fiscale de documents juridiques.<\/p>\n<p>Avant de rejoindre Andersen, Jane \u00e9tait Directrice principale chez KPMG, o\u00f9 elle a travaill\u00e9 pendant 11 ans au sein du groupe de fiscalit\u00e9 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s canadiennes.
